restartObiServices
Restarts OBI services. This operation is useful after deploying an rpd if the deployment was done without a restart following. It can also be used alone as a utility to restart the OBI services.
For 11g servers, WLST is used to restart the OBI Services.
For 12C servers, the stop and start commands are run, passing in the value of Oracle BI Instance Names
 to select which OBI servers to restart.

Endpoint Selection
This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance. There should only be one.
Endpoint Execution
This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
