Deploys a Salesforce artifact to a Salesforce Organization or sandbox.
Supports Full or Partial Deploy projects. Deploying a FlexDeploy Salesforce zip file from the FD_ARTIFACTS_DIR. This file must have been created by the BuildSalesforce operation.
