Approval Tasks Report
The 
Approval Tasks report shows all resolved approval tasks in the system that were approved or rejected for project, application, or pipeline executions. Verify who approved/rejected a task and when.
To save any filters, sorting, and column changes you have applied to a report, see Saved Queries.
