The 
Environment Discrepancies report compares the currently deployed project version and source control revision across selected environments and instances. This report is helpful in identifying if any environment doesn't have an expected project version. To run the report, select at least two environments. You may also add a version filter for only results that are Different in Any Environment, Same in All Environments, or All.
To save any filters, sorting, and column changes you have applied to a report, see Saved Queries.
