createServer

The createServer operation creates a standalone Mule server on a Linux or Windows Endpoint.

The Mule runtime files are taken from an archive file (zip, tar, tar.gz, .tgz) file in the FD_ARTIFACTS_DIR if it exists. If not, the FDMULE_DOWNLOAD_URL property is used to download the Mule Runtime.

The archive is extracted to FDMULE_HOME, tested and setup to be run. On Windows, this includes installing the service. On Unix, this includes verifying that the mule executable has the execute flag set.
