Max running snapshots per stage

Older snapshots in excess of this count in any given release stage will be outdated.

This is useful to automatically discard older snapshots that may be waiting at gate in various pipeline stages. If you have many active release with many snapshots each, then tuning this value can help improve performance.

If you have 12 snapshots waiting on QA stage for REL1 for Approval Gate, then oldest 2 snapshots will be marked as Out of date. This process runs every 60 minutes, so you may not see this action right away.
