applyOraclePatches
Performs the adop apply patch phase, applying one or more Oracle patches. The patches must be placed in the correct locations on the server before running the operation.
If it is desired to patch the run edition directly, set FDEBS_INP_APPLY_MODE
to hotpatch mode.
