Upgrade procedure for WebLogic

• Identify the location of the artifact repository
• Stop the application
• Backup Oracle schemas
• Backup the artifact repository
• Upgrade database schemas
• Uninstall Old EAR
• Deploy New EAR
• Start the application
• Launch the application
• Install plugins (WebLogic Upgrade)
