This operation utilizes Oracle EPM's migration capability to enable a snapshot to be moved across environments. It downloads a snapshot and saves it as an artifact.
This would be used for the build operation for projects using snapshots to deploy EPM snapshot files, often in a clone type operation where the snapshot already exists.
The downloadSnapshot operation is applicable for the following EPM services:

Endpoint Selection
This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the target.
Endpoint Execution
This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
