Exports a specified Library from the given OIC instance. Results are saved in a Jar artifact.

FDOIC_OUT_LIBRARY_VERSION	The final Library version used for export.

This operation produces artifacts that will be stored in the artifacts repository.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
