Solution for FLEXDEPLOY-7132

After upgrading from FlexDeploy versions 6.0.0.0, 6.0.0.1, 6.0.0.2, or 6.0.0.3 to newer version, users will need to hard refresh their browser or they will see errors on the screen. The errors will look something like shown below. The workaround is to press CTRL+F5 to refresh the page.

This was caused by caching of the index.html file in versions 6.0.0.0-6.0.0.3. If you are upgrading from 6.0.0.4+ or 6.5.0.0+ then you will not experience this issue.
