The Puppet plugin provides an easy way to manage Puppet servers using the open source Puppet tool.  

To use this plugin, the user that FlexDeploy connects to the endpoint as must be able to use sudo without an interactive password prompt. To allow this, open a shell on the server, and run sudo visudo. At the end of the file, add the line "[username] ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: ALL" where [username] is the name of the user FlexDeploy connects as.
