If you encounter a workflow execution failure, provide screen shot and plugin logs following these steps.

Provide screen shots of Summary and Steps tabs.

 

 

Provide plugin logs as text file, see how to steps below

Click on the logs of the failed step.

Now click on Download Logs, save the file locally and then upload to ticket or attach to email reply.
