The FlexDeploy™ Upgrade Guide provides the process to upgrade to a later version from an older version. If running on Linux with Tomcat, the automated installer is recommended.
If you are migrating from WebLogic to Tomcat or Docker to Tomcat, follow the Tomcat install guide and reference the existing database (which will likely need schema updates), artifact folder and application folder when the guide says to choose values for them.
The FlexDeploy upgrade needs a data migration step to get executed at times and when it happens, the speed of progress depends on a few factors such as data volume in your environment, database server resource allocation(memory/CPU) and purge settings.
Automated Upgrade
Tomcat, InfluxDB, and Database Schemas is setup. This is supported only on Linux.
