To create a Teams Account Instance, select the Messaging tab, and click thebutton. To edit an existing Instance, Click on an Instance row from the list.
Enter values for the fields as described in the figure below.
Selection of the Provider type dynamically prompts for properties required for that Provider.

Provider Type | Yes | Microsoft Teams and Slack are the supported Messaging Instance Types. Once the Messaging Instance is saved, this cannot be modified. |

Active | Yes | Whether or not the Instance is active in the system. Defaults to "Yes". |
Microsoft Teams Client ID (String) | Yes | Client ID of Application from Azure portal. |
Microsoft Teams Client Secret (String) | Yes | Client Secret of Application from Azure portal. |
Microsoft Teams Tenant ID (String) | Yes | Client ID of Application from Azure portal. |
Microsoft Teams Username (String) | Yes | Username in Microsoft Teams. |
Microsoft Teams Password (String) | Yes | The Password for provided Microsoft Teams Username. |
Click the Save button to save the changes. Optionally click the Apply button to save the changes, but remain on the current screen until the Cancel the button is clicked.
