Workflow Info provides high-level details and metadata about the Workflow
| Area | Description |
|---|---|---|
1 | Workflow Tags | 1 or more tags can optionally be associated with the workflow. Tags provide a quick way to search for related objects as well provide visual cues to help recognize workflows faster when looking at a list view. |
2 | Active Workflow Version | There can be at most 1 active version of a Workflow. That active version will show here and can be clicked to take you to the active version definition. |
3 | Workflow Info | Here the Workflow name, description, type, and active status can be viewed and modified. More information on Workflow Types can be found in the appendix. |
4 | Workflow References | Projects using the Workflow will be listed here. More information can be viewed below |
Workflow References
Any Projects configured to use the Workflow will be listed in the Used By section. The first 5 will be listed on the screen, however, you can click the View Details link to open a popup where all usages can be seen.
