Labels a file or folder in a Perforce depot.

Instance Code	`FDPF_INP_PERFORCE_INSTANCE_CODE`	Yes	The Perforce instance to use. This SCM Instance must be configured in FlexDeploy prior to using the plugin. Instance is used to retrieve information like URL, User and Password.
Depot Path	`FDPF_INP_DEPOT_PATH`	Yes	The depot path to apply the label to.
Label Name	`FDPF_INP_LABEL_NAME`	Yes	The name of the label being created. (Must be unique)
Label Description	`FDPF_INP_LABEL_DESCRIPTION`	No	An optional description for the label.
Changeset ID	`FDPF_INP_CHANGESET_ID`	No	Optionally specify the Changeset ID to label. Default is latest.

Artifacts

This operation doesn’t consume or produce any artifacts.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the Target.

This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
