Copy FlexDeployAPI.jar

From the FlexDeploy WebLogic distribution, copy WebLogic/FlexDeployAPI.jar into <WebLogic Domain Home>/lib (overwrite existing file if present). If you want to take backup of existing file, please copy it outside of WebLogic domain home folder to avoid confusion later.
