Imports data from a CSV file into a database table.
The filename should be the FDJDBC_TABLE_NAME
.csv. The file must be in the FD_ARTIFACTS_DIR.

Artifacts
This operation consumes a CSV file artifacts from the artifacts repository.
Endpoint Selection
This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the target.
Endpoint Execution
This operation will randomly execute on one of the endpoint identified during selection.
Special Considerations
The import function uses the FDJDBC_INP_NULL_STRING
to identify a String value within the CSV file that represents null. When the CSV file is parsed, this string will be replaced with a null for the database insert.
