The Change History report presents the history of configuration changes. Report also shows when change was done and by which user. See details below on what types of changes are captured.

• Permissions

  • This change is captured for specific Group where permission is either added or removed.

  • Permission value (old and/or new) is shown as Object Type, Permission Name, Object Name. For example, (Target Group, Read, All), (Folder, View Logs, FlexDeploy). Object Name is All if it is Global Permission and applies to all objects or specific type.

• Credential

• Property Values

  • Project properties

    • This change is captured when a specific project property is overridden i.e., created or removed.

    • For project property overrides, the object Type is PROJECT and object name is Project Name where as the attribute name,

      • if environment is selected, then the attribute name will be Environment_name / All (eg. DEV / All).

      • if instance is selected, then the attribute name will be All / Instance_name (eg. All / EBS).

      • if both environment and instance are selected, then attribute name will be Environment_name / Instance_Name (eg. DEV / EBS).

  • Integration accounts properties

    • The properties that are linked when a new integration instance is created will be tracked as CREATED with object Name as Integration Instance Name and Object Type as INTEGRATION_INSTANCE.

  • Target properties

    • When a workflow is mapped to the Target group

      • the target properties that are linked to the Target group will be tracked as CREATED.

      • Also keeps the track of any of the target property values that are updated with object Name as Mapped Environment - Instance Name ( eg. ENV1- EBS) and Object Type as TARGET and attribute name as Property Code.

• Environment

  • This change is captured when a specific environment is either created or removed.

  • This change is also captured when any of the Environment Name, Code, Description and Active / Inactive (as Attribute Name) are updated along with old and/or new values with object type as ENVIRONMENT.

• Target Group

  • This change is captured when a specific Target group is either created or removed.

  • This change is also captured when any of the Target Group Name, Code, Description and Active / Inactive (as Attribute Name) are updated along with old and/or new values with object type as TARGET_GROUP.

  • Property Set Associations

• Integration Instances

  • This change is captured when a specific integration instance is either created or removed.

  • This change is also captured when any of the Integration Instance Name, Code, Description and Active / Inactive (as Attribute Name) are updated along with old and/or new values with object type as INTEGRATION_INSTANCE.
