Subversion authentication issues with VisualSVN

Visual SVN often attempts to connect with methods that aren’t friendly on Linux.

The way to deal with this is first,

as the user that runs tomcat on the FlexDeploy box,

cat ~/.subversion/servers | grep http-auth-types

if it finds a line, modify the file, either commenting the line or removing it

Then, set the JVM property in setenvoverrides.sh

-Dsvnkit.http.methods=NTLM or -Dsvnkit.http.methods=Basic

Then, restart FlexDeploy.
