Confidential Application For OAuth

The integration with CEMPLI API needs OAuth type authorization to perform the deployment. Please follow the steps to create and configure the confidential application in Oracle Identity Console.

Create a Confidential Application in Oracle Identity Console

Give it a meaningful name such as ‘FlexDeploy OMC OAuth App'.
Click Next.
On the tab Configure OAuth,
Select Configure this application as a resource server now.
- Enter the desired values for Access token and Refresh token expirations.
- Enter a_ for Primary audience
- Click Add Scope and add the following scopes.

mcs:oci:api:User
mcs:oci:api:Approver
mcs:oci:api:PrivilegedUser

Now select Configure this application as a client now
- Select all the Authorization options as shown in the picture.
- Redirect URL can be you flexdeploy instance
- Select the other options as shown in the picture .

Click Next, select Skip and do later for Web tier policy, click Finish.
