Deploys the packagedComponent created from the Boomi packageDeploy operation.

Then after the packagedComponent is deployed, any environment extensions given will be applied.

Deployment notes will be created from the FlexDeploy input Deployment Notes.

This operation consumes artifacts from the artifacts repository.
