PeopleSoft Object Types - Internals
Internals type objects model XML/INI files that are stored in SCM or PEOPLESOFT. They are used to copy files from an SCM or PEOPLESOFT to a filesystem on an endpoint where they are executed by set of Peoplesoft commands.
For internal object type only .XML extension files can be seen in the file catalog. The .INI files are ignored in the file catalog but both XML and INI will gets build and deployed to the target endpoint.
