Capture HAR file for slow page load, issues with SSO login, or Load Balancers
If you are having issues with redirect loops, slow loads, or issues logging in with SSO, capturing a HAR file will allow Flexagon to see where your browser is trying to go and help us to understand what is going on.

Use Google Chrome to capture a HAR file.
Open an incognito tab. (1) Do not navigate.
Press F12 to open Dev Tools.
Click Network. (2)
Make sure that Preserve log is checked (3)
Make sure that the record button shows Red, indicating it is ready to record. (4)
Navigate to FlexDeploy and replicate the problem.
Press the Escape key to stop an infinite redirect loop if you are experiencing one.
Click the export HAR button (5) and attach the har file to your support ticket.
