Checks to see if there is an online patching cycle that has not completed.  This can be used to not execute a deployment.

This operation will not consume or produce artifacts.

Endpoint Selection

This operation will run randomly on any App Tier and connects to DB Tier.

Endpoint Execution

This operation will run randomly on any App Tier resource type endpoint.

Special Considerations

This operation recompiles invalid DB objects from all the schemas except SYSTEM and SYS.
