Add a directory and all of it's contents to the repository. Any sub repositories or files that do not already exist will be added.

Comment	`FDSURROUND_INP_COMMENT`	N	Comment when adding the files. If none is provided will use 'add'.

This operation doesn’t consume or produce any artifacts.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.

Any files that already exists will not be added or modified. This will also create any sub repositories needed.
