An operation to copy definitions from a file to the target database.

Project Directory	FDPSOFT_INP_PROJECT_DIR	No	Directory containing the PeopleSoft project definition. If not provided the artifact directory will be used.
Additional Parameters	FDPSOFT_INP_ADDITIONAL_PARAMETERS	No	Additional parameters to be added to the PeopleTools command.

This operation consumes artifacts from the artifacts repository.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
