changeListenerStatus
Changes the status of a listener for an actively deployed process. This operation can be used to Pause, Restart or Resume the listener of a deployed component/package. The user can chose to ignore certain atoms instances by providing their names or IDs.

Endpoint Selection
This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.
Endpoint Execution
This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
