Select Projects from the menu.
Right-click on an existing application and select Create Project. Under the Classification selection be sure to select Utility.
Enter the values for the fields as described in the table below.

Click the OK button to save the changes.
Enter the values for the fields as described in the table below.

Project Type | Yes | If Partial Deployments is checked, the project type identifies which type of objects are being moved. The supported project types are currently EBS (Oracle E-Business Suite), Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Database, and Oracle Forms. |
Click the OK button to save the changes.
