managedWeblogicStart
Starts a comma-separated list of WebLogic servers or clusters. If the node manager properties are configured on Environment Instance, admin server can also be included in the operation. Server or Cluster name can be specified on Project Properties or on Plugin Input. Plugin Input takes precedence if both values are specified.
