Adds a managed server to a cluster. Also writes the names in the logs and returns the number of managed servers as an Integer.

This operation doesn't consume or produce any artifacts.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

This operation will randomly execute on one of the endpoints identified during selection.
