Exports data from a database table into a CSV file.

The file will be named FDJDBC_TABLE_NAME.csv. The file will be created in the FD_ARTIFACTS_DIR.

This operation produces a CSV file that will be stored in the artifacts repository.

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

This operation will randomly execute on one of the endpoint identified during selection.
