Grant Read is ignored as it is not supported in Oracle 11g.

Queue support is added in this release. Queues bring their Queue Tables, Schedules,  Subscribers, and grants with them.

Transformations support is added in this release.

Queue Publishers are not supported.

Queue Agents are not supported.

All customers will drop fddb schema and recreate it. All prior builds will be in an unusable state, and shouldn't be reused.
