Copies the plan files that were created in the createOrUpdateEISEntries operation to the managed servers in the cluster.
This operation must be used in the same workflow as, and after the createOrUpdateEISEntries operation.
The Topology settings are used to determine which servers should receive the files. Make sure that your topology settings are correct.

Artifacts
This operation does not consume traditional artifacts. However, the createOrUpdateEISEntries operation must be run earlier in the same workflow in order for the operation to work.
Endpoint Selection
This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment instance which have a resource type of WLS Managed Server.
Endpoint Execution
This operation will execute on the Managed Server endpoints selected using the WLS ManagedServer resource type.
