Create a Java Cloud Service instance, along with its WebLogic components, Load Balancer, and DataGrid. Property Replacement is performed on the property file. See the File Plugin Guide for information about property replacement.

FDJCS_PASSWORD | Yes | The password for FDJCS_USERNAME. |
FDJCS_TIMEOUT | No | The number of minutes to wait for the instance to stop. If the number of minutes is exceeded, the operation will exit with a failure. Defaults to 60 minutes. |
FDJCS_PROPERTY_FILE_PATH | Yes | The path to the properties file that describes the instance to be created. |
