Builds a deployment object that contains the MFT artifacts (sources, transfers, targets, etc) and user property files.  It is recommended to include the full combination of a transfer and its associated sources and targets when building the deployment package.

This operation produces produces a zip file artifact that contains the items to be deployed and a manifest file describing them. 

Endpoint Selection

This operation will select all available endpoints associated to the environment/instance.

Endpoint Execution

This operation will execute on any one of the selected endpoints and will be random in the determination of which one.
