Test Instance Properties

Testing tool related properties are defined directly on the test instance, and are in the instance scope.  For specific plugin properties. This means that they are consistent for the entire FlexDeploy Server. They are not different for each environment.

These properties are defined on integration instances through the Topology screens, not workflows like other properties are.
