The Approval Tasks Report provides visibility into all approval tasks in the system , whether that were Approved, or Rejected, Pending Approval, or Voided from a cancelled Scheduled Task for Project, Application or Pipeline Executions. To filter the report, select a Task Status, Environment, Action By, or a date/time range for Action On, or Task Created On.
