This operation utilizes Oracle EPM's migration capability to enable files to be moved across environments. This operation uploads the snapshot artifact. That snapshot is then imported in into EPM which will update the files included in the snapshot.
This operation would be used for the deploy operation for projects using snapshots to deploy EPM files. ImportSnapshot will work for both package deploys as well as full deploys.
