Copies the plan files that were created in the generateEISDeploymentPlans operation to the managed servers in the cluster.
This operation must be used in the same workflow as, and after the generateEISDeploymentPlans operation. See the generateEISDeploymentPlans page for information about the required workflow and topology settings.
