Stops all servers in WebLogic domain including the Admin Server except for servers listed in FDWLS_STOP_SERVER_EXCLUDE_LIST. Non WSM servers are stopped first, then servers with WLS_WSM in name (WLS_WSM1, WLS_WSM2 etc.) are stopped. This is done as various Fusion Middleware products are dependent on WSM servers and stopping them later helps avoid issues. Admin Server is stopped last.

This operation can also be used to stop servers on specific machine by providing value for FDWLS_INP_MACHINE_NAMEinput.

Since the admin server only runs on one server, it is expected that for a given domain, there will only be one endpoint with a resource type set to WLS Admin Server.
