Builds a deployment artifact that contains any combination of Forms, Menus, Libraries, Reports, and Other Files. In case of Full Deployment project, all files from SCM folder are used to create artifact.
The buildForms operation supports both regular (full) and partial deployment and it does not perform any compilation or validation, ; it simply creates artifact zip file.

This operation delegates endpoint selection to the workflow developer. The workflow editor will default the selection to "All", which selects all available endpoints associated to the environment instanceTarget.
