Updates existing CloudFormation stack in the AWS cloud. This operation takes Stack Id or Stack Name and template. If both template URL and template file path are provided, the plugin will use the template URL and do nothing with the file. If neither input is provided, the plugin will automatically look in the artifacts directory for a single file and try to use that as a template.
