For 12C servers, the stop and start commands are run, passing in the value of Oracle BI Instance Names to select which OBI servers to restart.

Oracle BI Domain Path	`FD_ORACLE_BI_DOMAIN`	12C	The oracle BI domain home. (e.g. `/oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/bifoundation_domain`)
