Imports local directory into a SVN repository. This operation can be used when initially setting up a project in SVN.

Instance Code	FDSVN_INP_INSTANCE_CODE	Yes	SubVersion repository instance code. Instance code is used to lookup the Repository URL (`FDSVN_URL`), User (`FDSVN_USER`) and Password (`FDSVN_PASSWORD`). This SCM Instance must be configured in FlexDeploy prior to using the plugin.
Target Path	FDSVN_INP_TARGET_PATH	Yes	Subversion repository path to be created with the import operation. This path is relative to SVN Repository URL (`FDSVN_URL`).
Source Subfolder	FDSVN_INP_SOURCE_SUBFOLDER	No	Subdirectory path inside the temp directory where files should be exported. If not specified, the export is done directly in the temp directory.
Revision Message	FDSVN_INP_REVISION_MESSAGE	No	Message indicating purpose of the import operation.
