The tagWorkingCopy operation adds a tag name to the specified working copy of CVS Repository module based on a branch name.

FDCVS_INP_INSTANCE_CODE	Yes	CVS repository instance code. Instance code is used to lookup the Repository URL (FDCVS_URL), User (FDCVS_USER) and Password (FDCVS_PASSWORD). This SCM Instance must be configured in FlexDeploy prior to using the plugin.
FDCVS_INP_MODULE_NAMES	Yes	CVS repository modules to be tagged.
FDCVS_INP_CHECKOUT_DIR	No	Check out sub-folder to checkout Module(s), must match with what was used for checkout operation.
FDCVS_INP_TAG_NAME	Yes	Specify tag name for module(s) (tag name must start with letter and should not contain any of these characters: '$,.:;@/').
