FDTOM_CATALINA_HOME | Yes | The pathname to the directory in which Tomcat has been installed. |
FDTOM_MANAGER_URL | Yes | The url of the Manager web application within the Tomcat server. |
FDTOM_USERNAME | Yes | The name of the Tomcat user with which to connect to the Manager web application. This user must be configured with the manager-script role. |
FDTOM_PASSWORD | Yes | The password for the FDTOM_USERNAME user. |

FDTOM_WAR_NAME | Yes | The name of the web application archive in the artifacts directory (e.g. sample.war) or directory containing the unpacked war contents. If a relative path is provided it is assumed relative to the Host appBase directory. |
