FlexDeploy 5.4.0.x now includes Tomcat 9.30.x34. Prior to 5.4.0.0, the FlexDeploy distribution include included Tomcat 8.5.11. Use the upgrade instructions based on the FlexDeploy version you are upgrading from, which will include instructions to upgrade Tomcat if applicable.
