The Approval Tasks Report provides visibility into approval tasks in the system that were Approved or Rejected for Project, Application or Pipeline Executions. To filter the report, select a Task Status, Environment, Action By, or a date/time range for Action On, or Task Created On.use Basic or Advanced mode.

Report will initialize to Basic mode with approval requests from past 3 months.
